Ian was a great support to me getting through my dad's funeral, as I'd lost my best friend aswell. Ian helped me throughout, from saying my last Goodbyes at their chapel of rest to helping me go into the Church Service.

Ian was amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for him or Bernadette. It was the first time my wife had contact with Turner’s and she can’t say enough about the care and compassion we received. The personal touch was an amazing comfort. Ian was present in the company at my Father’s funeral 18 years ago and it was fitting he also was a much needed support with Mums too.

I just want to say thank you to leanne and the group in conisbrough for looking after my mam 2016 and dad.2025 I would highly recommend turner's funeral service. As they shown respect and dignity to myself and the family during this difficult time for us. And they alway go bove and beyond to help us and did a brilliant job and thankyou for looking after me always made sure i was ok sheena holmes xxx

Joe was brilliant, kind and helpful during the whole process. He took his time to explain everything he would do and explained what we needed to do. He was patient, caring and understanding with all the family, navigating us through a difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble. He really is a credit to the company.

Turners are absolutely wonderful. I lost my partner and Joe is so caring and without him and the team I don't think I could have coped he was amazing thank you to you all

Extremely professional and friendly service. All staff very informative and welcoming. All our personal requirements were met perfectly and nothing too much trouble. Joe lead the day and his friendly relaxed attitude made it a stress free situation and was just lovely. If I am in this unfortunate position again, it will be to Turners and Joe I turn to.

My wife sadly passed away on 2nd May of a massive heart attack. Turners treated me with the utmost kindness from the off, helping me (in my fragile mental state) through arranging giving her a glorious send off, exactly as she (and our daughters) wanted. I want to give specific praise to Joe, who guided me through all the possibilities; ensured we managed to get a date for the funeral to happen in double-quick time (due to my daughter leaving for Brazil - and her wedding - only hours after the ceremony), and made sure everything went without a hitch on the day itself. I can't thank them enough, and highly recommend them to anyone who should sadly require their service.
